Below you will find links to all sorts of production forms that you will need in order to be organized and prepared before, during and after you shoot each take. As many directors insist, the ratio of hours planning to hours shooting is about 10:1. These forms are vital to you being prepared, but will also allow you to score higher on your IB Film Production Portfolio assessment due to the fact that you will have lots of evidence regarding planning and execution.
